What type of Pumpkings song do we think we're going to get next week? I feel like it's going to be a rocker with nasty drumming, layered big muff guitars, mixed with a lot of synth, and heavy slick production!

Second single yes, but they always start with a rocker..... Those were all at the very least secondary singles as well as perfect. Pumpkins historically always start with a rocker out of the gates.

The song is called Cyr from Shiny II. It's sort of a new take on the techno rock, but not like Adore or TFE. It's more of the same meh for me.

That was my thought as well. I like it though. I have high hopes that the vocals will be befitting for the song mix-wise but I know those will he dashed.

Doriaaaaan isn't a bad song in my opinion, but it sounds just so fucking undeveloped like the rest of the album.

Dorian was the only song I liked on monuments. This clip gives me more of a signal to noise vibe. New wave pumpkins? I’m down.
