I personally don't wanna be a part of solidifying Spotify as a solution for labels. I'd encourage other people not to use it.

Plus, I just like actually having the music, burning CD's, uploading it to a portable device. When listening to an album, it's important to let it simmer and saute with a person. Music has become such a fleeting thing with people and these streaming services. They don't give the music enough of a chance anymore.

I don't want no big-brother bullshit selling my music listening habits to corporations while also having their obtrusive advertising shoved down my throat. That's just whack.

You can literally type in local bands and they come up on Soulseek. It's great.

that weezer cover is not bad, but it really makes you realize how nicely Toto actualized their song. what a nice piece of songwriting/arrangement

Put your iPod on shuffle and post the first 10 songs that come up.

Yeah man, that's definitely some golden songwriting. I've never really got into Toto, but there's some good shit on that album with Africa. Just downloaded it yesterday haha

Was just listening to the covers album that Relient K put out in 2011. Pretty awesome album.

Anyhow, they do a cover of Africa, I gotta say, I think it slays the Weezer version. Surprised they got no attention for it. Guess you gotta be a bigger name band to go viral.
