New Year's plans?

What are y'all up to?

I was heading out to see 28if for New Year's this afternoon and a car on the highway stopped short in front of me. It was really foggy and rainy. I hit my brakes too but the huge truck behind me was unable to stop and veered wildly around me. I was super lucky he did so because he only took out my left mirror and my front left lights. He could could have crushed my Focus if he had rear-ended me. Anyway now I'm back home and planless. What are you happening people gonna do to welcome in 2016?

I dunno yet. Even though for most people, Christmas is a family thing and New Years' is a friends thing, for my parents, they wanna hang out with me for both.

I hate hanging out with them on New Years' because all they do is watch one of those awful New Years' countdown shows on TV hosted by Ryan Seacrest with special guests the Black Eyed Peas or some shit. And hanging out with them in general is awkward.

If a coworker ends up doing something, he may invite me. I don't like parties much, but I'd rather go to one than go to my parents'.

Well, I'd much rather chill at home and listen to music or something. I mean, I could just do that and tell my parents that I went out. But I'm a terrible liar so either I'm actually going out or I'm just going to my parents'.
