Pennies for sale...

I just finished counting out all of the pennies in my stash (incidentally, I have exactly nine hundred nintey nine of them)and my understanding of what that I need to do with them is to go down to the dollar store, pick up some of those cardboard holder thingy's, then make my way to the bank and cash them in. However, there is also the option of putting them up on E-bay. How much do you think the entire set would go for?

we have places at the grocery where you can cash those in but they take like 9 cents for every dollar

99 cents isn't too bad, but do you also have put them in rolls first? Cause I also have to buy those.

when i cashed in my 58 dollars of pennies they gave me free cardboard rolls at the bank

i am at RBC, if your bank sucks you can get giant stacks of them for cheap at the dollar store

I typically throw pennies on the ground for other people to find.

Even if I save 2000 pennies, which I won't, I'll only have 20 bucks. You couldn't pay me 20 dollars to save up 2000 pennies.

everytime i buy something i always take out some pennies so i don't have to stash them.
example : something costs 4.33, i give out 5.03.

But you're saving pennies for the purpose of getting rid of them. That defeats the point of it all. Do yourself a favor and don't weigh yourself down with pennies.

Makes cents. Suppose I put them all on their edge, standing upright, would that be okay? I just don't feel like I'm certified to bring good or bad luck specifically to people, but when done indirectly... it doesn't really bother me.
