I'm okay I just am having problems because my therapist has been gone a lot and I only have one class one day a week and the rest of it I need to self-start (my honors thesis and studying for the GRE) and instead I've started sleeping until 5pm and not getting anything done. I do work usually from 6-1pm on Sat and Sun and recently one more day so there's that but today I did nothing school related.

After all these years I had some breakthroughs recently in therapy but I'm also stressed because I am going to be moving for grad school most likely so I feel like I must get some more stuff processed in the next year. But my symptoms are better, dissociative symptoms anyway. I've been missing taking my meds pretty often which is so fucking stupid but I do this sometimes. I've been forgetting like 2-4x per week to take my morning stuff which is basically cymbalta and wellbutrin which are also the most stimulating meds I take which is probably not helping with the sleeping thing.

I also am upset about my weight, I am such an unbelievable fatass and whenever I get any kind of chest twinge at all I am afraid I'm having a heart attack, same thing whenever I have any breathing issue no matter how slight I feel like I'm going to choke to death (I have asthma), like I think "this is it this is how I die"... this is not normal

I have asthma too! I have had probs sleeping a lot lately. Allergies and heat on top of everything. Stick at that schoolwork. I want to push myself to go take a class on something. Welding? Concrete laying? Mason work? Something practical skills awesome. Welding I could dig. Electrical would be fun too.

Oh and I'm putting out music! I started a tape (cassette lol) label and so far 3 things. To get out this summer I'm stoked and I will be playing shows and also travelling to Portland and Seattle by train to see mogwai!

Do you walk or get out at all? I walk to work which had been a big change and I left my car in salt lake. I walk a out 2 or 3 miles average a day and on weekends even more. I went from sedentary lifestyle to 60 miles a month it's made me lose so much weight. And I stopped drinking and have tried to not emotional eat. It's hard though. Don't beat yourself up seriously though. Stop that. It's useless. Do what makes you happy and feel happy. And I know it feels terrible I don't even take my own advice I am miserable garbage.
