Vaginal weightlifting can help you train your pelvic floor muscles and increase blood flow to your genitals — both of which can do wonders for your sex life.

Some of the saucy benefits include:

enhanced sexual arousal
more internal control during penetration
more intense contractions during climax
a stronger grip during sex, which could boost your partner’s orgasms

yeah, that's the part that interests me. i remember when the zero single came out, i would play that over and over and over again. countless times. pastichio medley, all the way through, every time.

i wonder if it's a function of age or a function of song quality/interest. there are a handful of recent songs that i've heard once and went back like 25x. most recent example in my mind is beck's song, wow.

but silvery sometimes? guess i just answered my own question.

To identify your pelvic floor muscles, stop urination in midstream or tighten the muscles that keep you from passing gas. These maneuvers use your pelvic floor muscles. Once you've identified your pelvic floor muscles, you can do the exercises in any position, although you might find it easiest to do them lying down at first.

I've listened to both singles once. SS(G) is okay, I guess, but I think I was just trying to like it.

Post-2000, I've only listened to TheFutureEmbrace maybe 5x all the way through. Zeitgeist got some heavy rotation for a couple years. The first EP of Teargarden got a few spins. And then Oceania got one play. Haven't even bothered with Monuments or anything else he's put out.

The two singles were enough for me to know that I am done giving him the benefit of the doubt. There's so much other stuff out there to listen to. If he's not reissuing old music, I don't care to listen to it. Or if he puts out a solo acoustic record; I'd give that an honest chance.

I just listened to it again for the first time since it was released, and it's better than I remember. It's got a surprisingly classic SP vibe, but I still wish it had a bit more of a chorus to break it up.

what does it mean to stumble before you speak? typical post-2005 lyrics, they make no sense but billy expects profound interpretation

I wasn't really paying attention to the lyrics too much, but is it about being caught between two sides of society (IE POLITICS) and not belonging anywhere?

Pretty common phrase in UK English (to stumble in relation before speaking).

To answer o/p. I've listened to this song about 4 times. New record!

Just watched the lyric video. Pretty solid song - decent lyrics. More of this please.

This is what It came up for me

I wish it did this with all Teargarden material.

Wow. It's just an alt lyric video by someone named SupremeLyrics. It's not as "artsy" as the official one but I prefer the flow.

when did these "lyric videos" become so popular anyways? since this song came out, i have suddenly realized that they are really common for bands to put out. hopefully it will pressure borrigan to stop being so lyrically lazy

Still only has 300K views on Youtube... This SP reunion material can't be producing as much hype as they expected.

Anyone surprised that these songs aren't more "guitarcentric" considering the 3 guitar attack?
