he needs to go so far out of his way to create room for the idea that we need to be alternative thinking enough to consider that being racist may be a-ok and on par with everything else life has to offer.
he lost his mind a while ago. |

The band is already in Europe. For some reason, they flew to Germany last night. Maybe they are working with a producer for SOSB2 door the next 2 weeks before the tour starts?

Somebody obviously fucked up... That bass drum was supposed to say "JJC", the birth-given initials of the artist James Joseph Chamberlin formerly known as Jimmy

He should start reading our opinions more often so that in a decade he can pass them off as his own.

How do you make Zeitgeist shorter while adding 3 songs, one of which is 40 minutes long? Even if they made a 18 min version of Gossamer what would be ditched?
Something like this?: 1. "Doomsday Clock" 3:44 2. "That's the Way (My Love Is)"3:48 3. "Tarantula" 3:51 4. "United States" 9:52 5. "Death from Above" 4:07 6. "Bring the Light" 3:41 7. "Stellar" 6:22 8. "Ma Belle" 4:08 9. "For God and Country"4:24 10. "Gossamer" ?:?? Would that have changed anything? Maybe. |

i thought Zeitgeist was hated (though that may be too strong a word, save for a certain slug we all know & love) more for its overall sound/vocal & musical approach than the actual, individual songs. weren't people just too overwhelmed with "modern Billy" and the whole big vocal mix-push for a whole album?
in any case, yeah nobody's ever shit on Stellar, and even if they have, you think the guy who's perceived fan-reception of Shiny I as being "overwhelmingly positive" would've heard about it? |

I've never read anybody on Hatephoria shit on Stellar, it was one of the universally loved tracks of that era, alongside the acoustic Zeitgeist - which should also have made the album, even as a hidden track at the end or something.
And Mals Marola is right - people have issues with Zeitgeist's vocal mix/production, not the song-writing. The opening run of tracks are strong, it's the vocal mix that shits the bed. |
