this is better than the eraser. but this album needs a fucking jagged motherfucker of a reckoner to keep it in check... with a name like reckoner you cant pull punches like that.

this album needed more jonny greenwood, he doesn't really get to do his thing in it. it feels like radiohead's finesse album.

so far, the music is pretty amazing. subtly different, but not a stretch from what they've done before with exception of some of the rhythms.

bodysnatchers, arpeggi, 15 step, jigsaw, all great. i also really enjoyed faust arp on first listen. reckoner was surprising but i liked some parts of it, ill have to hear it again.
