you'll need to have made a mold of your teeth. it's quite expensive but you'll be able to use it for years

Drugstores sell one that can be used without a mold, it's not as good but it helps a lot.

My sister wears one cause she grinds her teeth in her sleep as well, and whenever she loses the molded one she buys one of those generic ones.
