fuck man, I cut off all my long luscious locks today

I got a haircut yesterday and the lady just botched it. My hair was pretty long and curly and she cut it too short in the back and it was like long at the sides and my bangs were all crooked and shit. It looked awful. So I went today and got it cut again and the lady cut it super short. I feel like a square without my hair, but it feels cooler in the summer at least.

Ehh I dunno. It seems to have made something of a resurgence lately. My hair's sorta curly so if I grow it too long it just gets kinda crazy.

I hate having long hair and then getting it cut though because then everyone you see mentions it the first time you see them after.

Did you know that there's a quip in the bible about men having to have short hair so their head isn't covered in order to be able to pray to god and that women must have long hair to keep their head covered in order to pray to god.

every now and then an older guy can pull off long hair, but especially if you have curly hair, it just looks better short IMO. There seems to be this stigma that curly hair is for women or something like that, so I find that most men with curly never learn to take care of it properly. curly hair care is totally different. it's a different world. I also always get a lot of comments when I cut my hair, and I'm pretty sure it's because it looks better when it is short.

Well it was in the "Adventure Bible".

It's a bible kind of widdled down for youth and young adults (though it's still a pretty sprawling long read), so maybe they just added it in for some reason... I'm not sure. It's supposed to be all legit content from the bible though.

I feel ya on the curly hair thing though. I always wear a cap when my hairs long and then I think it looks cool, but it definitely doesn't look all that great without one. It gets messy too easily... And whenever I'd go for runs it'd just be going nuts in the wind.

There's like a long-hair unity though. Adult long hair guys always have a nod and that sorta thing. It's always the dudes with the long hair who are the most pissed off at you if you cut long hair haha.

I dunno man. It's kind of a way to individualize yourself from all of the other squares. I suppose if you're living a fulfilling successful life stuff like that wouldn't matter though.

I’ve been playing with the portrait mode on my iPhone and seeing how it captures objects and animals. It’s kind of cool how it captures things like this, objects inside a diorama. This was at the Deutsches Museum. They really take their dioramas seriously there.
