in truth though im glad to see he's at least moving ahead with the music. i was worried his work ethic would start slipping when he launched his faith site. i really liked the new stuff too for the most part and i hope he doesn't fuck it up.

if the name of the new album title turns out to be "Billy Corgan sings your mothers favorite hymns" i'm going to kill myself

jesus, can't the guy just surprise everyone for a change, instead of announcing and announcing.

There will probably be around 14 differently colored versions of the album, but the only way to get the pink one with an exclusive track will be to join Billy's cult and sign up for the mass suicide. The mass suicide will happen sometime at the end of Gish month.

If the mode of release is a surprise, I'm guessing that it's not a normal CD. Unless that's the surprise.

No matter what stuff Billy has done musically, I still look forward to new material. I'm such a sucker fanboy.

The "title of the album" has me strangely excited. In fact, I dare say I'm a bit giddy about this news.

I think I have learnt from the past and will not pretend that a shitty album title doesn't mean shitty music this time.

Yeah okay, but then it's called "P4th0fL0v3" and you will want to manually rip out your entrails, before you even know that it will also feature his good friend Jessica Simpson on the cover "in an ironic way".

that IS groundbreaking!

monte is sure to end up with more copies than he'll ever need, so i'll just hit up ebay if i ever find myself wanting to listen to anything from this old piece of shit!!! "attention!! attention!! everyone listen up!!! now that i've got your attention, i'd like to let you know that i will be providing some information at a later date!! i already have the information, there's nothing preventing me from sharing it now. but i will announce in on wednesday!!!"

this guy seems incapable of learning from his own mistakes or from the success of others. it is so well received when an artist drops some meaningful news. "hey everyone, we just finished recording an album, it'll be available in a month, here's the first song, have a listen". instead we've got the above. it's going to be "absolutely groundbreaking". under promise and over deliver and everyone will love you. bill has done nothing but overpromise for the better part of a decade, and when he delivers at all, he severely underdelivers. this guy's a piece of work
