It's such a ridiculously immature mindset. He's in his fifties and yet he still acts like this. 3/4 of the band means nothing. Your stage presence will be greatly missed.
Sometimes you have to set your ego and insecurities aside and see the situation objectively. This especially applies to musicians. Bands always suffer when one person's running the show. I've been around pretentious musicians myself and it's a shame that they're not called out more often. It's sad that attention is more important to some than the music itself. We want to see all four of you, damn it!
I hope you know that we'd be interested in anything that you may wish to do in the future. It's a shame that Billy Boy aka Charlie Brown is being unreasonable but many of us would support any projects or plans that you may have.

If it was a case of Billy being skeptical about D'arcy's ability to play then take her up on her offer and visit the farm and jam with her, it would be pretty apparent if she could handle the task or not. D'arcy has always been the no-bullshit voice of SP, if she wasn't ready to go, she would've said so. This is just Billy being Billy and running away from whatever threat he perceives her to be.

If you actually read the texts you'll understand it's classic Corgan-doublespeak. there would be no easing in. He didn't approach this with D'arcy's best interests in mind. He only cares about one person.
