The target demographic for music is kids, teenagers and young adults whereas political analysis is targeted towards adults., You look at the most popular news broadcaster on the planet and it's Tucker Carlson and I'd say he's definitely worthy of the crown.

So from an intellectual standpoint, there can be absolutely no comparison. You're comparing a childrens medium to an adults medium.

I'm a nice man. It's just I've been sent to the Netphoria gulag. Honestly, I think I should be allowed back on the gen forums. I've behaved well and avoided all controversy. Even murderers in most countries get a 2nd chance in society haha

The truth is, I'd rather discuss Johnny Reznick or Ed Roland than Billy Corgan at this point. So I just don't have much to discuss in regards to Smashing Pumpkins... I think I've just outgrown their music in a lot of ways. Smashing Pumpkins is very angsty music, doesn't usually appeal much to folks in adulthood.
