Used to crack me up when this came on in my local supermarket.

It was all downhill after Bad Blood imo. That was probably peak Taylor for me. Then a bunch of low-tier generic drivel with bad-even-for-Taylor-Swift lyrics started rolling out of the factory and I had it. DEAD TO ME.

1989 has so many jams. I don't even like bad blood. But blank space, style, out of the woods, and GODDAMN WILDEST DREAMS. So so good. And these new ones are excellent. I'm glad she's not reverting to country like Gaga/Kesha/Miley. Don't get me wrong I love Joanne but I want some more dirrrrty pop jams in my life.

Tim and I went to a bar with our friend named Tyler and this drunk white guy invited himself to sit with us and started saying things were DEAD TO ME (him). he started off entertaining enough but he wore off quickly.

we had two other friends on the way to bar so when they arrived we three left to meet them outside and recommended leaving. the two arrivals really want to stay at this bar so we did and avoided the guy when we saw him inside. he walked up to tim as we were all standing around talking and he walked up and whispered in tim's ear DEAD TO ME. tim told me what happened and i was like oh hell no.

i walked right up to hm and whispered in HIS ear DON'T TALK TO MY BF. DEAD TO ME.

my work plays gin blossoms and toad the wet sprocket and filter "take a picture." which is about exposing yourself while drunk on an airplane.

I'm not proud to be able to say that the abba song is called knowing me, knowing you and that every me and every you is a placebo song

I think reputation is a clever name for the new album and it's nice that she's exploring the more philosophical side of fame and success.

I'm interested in hearing he rest of the album. I HAaaaaate wildest dreams but I secretly and shamefully loved Red. I tear up when I listen to all too well. I love how vulnerable she makes herself. I mean she really spills her guts with all of that shame and humiliation and rejection. It hurts even to listen to it.

Yeah, but it used to be like some station where they played Taylor Swift every hour. So in comparison it really hits the spot. For awhile there was some hipster station that played too, but that didn't last long.

Finally checked out the new Swiff video.... hadn't even heard the song until then.

Man, even though I don't like any of her music, it seems even weirder hearing her try to go the Britney Spears route. I get in pop music that you never wanna repeat yourself, but she just doesn't pull off the new gimmick. As much as songs like Back Together irritate me, they fit in with a vibe that suits her.

nothing exists

and even if something did exist, nothing could be known about it

and if something could be known about it, knowledge about it would be incommunicable

and even if that knowledge were communicable, it would be incomprehensible
