By then Billy will have further “refined” the pumpkins sound, removing anything interesting, catchy or rockin until it resembles Sunn O))) songs played with a strat into a line 6 spider with Billy saying “love is strange” every once in a while, produced by Rick Rubin.

Volume 4 will be 25 minutes of silence “we’ve tried the whole sound thing and it doesn’t really resonate with today’s audiences. It’s such a noisy world, people turn to music as an escape, they want some peace and quiet”
Volume 5 will be 10 minutes of silence “people don’t have the attention span for a 25 minute album. 10 minutes is ideal”. Fans notice that you hear Jeff cough quietly and whisper “sorry Billy” 6 minutes in. This will be widely considered to be the best part of the album. Volume 6 will be a double album of Jeff coughing. |
