i fell at work today. very embarrassing. i stepped on the side of my foot somehow. pretty sure it's going to hurt like a bitch tomorrow. it already does somewhat. actually pretty reminiscent of how i broke my other foot a while ago, but i knew right away i fractured it when that happened and i dont think this one was bad enough to do that. i was walking swiftly to look at the price of something when it happened.

there was literally a paramedic in line 5 feet away from where i fell who helped me up and asked if i wanted them to check me out etc. the rest of his crew was in the store. since i hadn't gotten dizzy or anything i declined. it was simply clumsiness. i landed on my knee but not that hard i don't think. it was a big ole fall though

My neighbor's kitten was out in the lobby earlier when I went to take my dog for a walk. I knocked. Nobody home.

So this is how I'm spending my NY eve. With a fluffy kitten perched on my shoulder, petrified of my stinky ol' blind/deaf/oblivious dog.
