heh.

It was at a Smashing Pumpkins concert I became curious to Sinatra as a live performer. After The Edge show in 2000 that year, the bartender at the club was this older Italian guy and we were chatting him up asking him what he thought of the show.

He said he hadn't felt an energy like that and seen an interaction between band and audience since Sinatra. that moment always left an impression on me...

anyway, his coked-up up-tempo stuff all super confident kinda rules. But I like minimalist anything if its done well and this performance is excellent.
