Also, this is awkward timing because I just got done listening to his whole discog like last week.

i've got shitty taste in music, so Prisoner is actually the only solo album of his i like front to back; the rest, i like about 50 or so tracks cherry picked from over the years.

as for the stuff with the cardinals, i like cardinology and iii/iv but only a handful of earlier stuff.

That's interesting, I would pick Cardinology as one of his weakest albums. Prisoner was pretty good though.


And yes, LDS' wife/partner asked Ryan Adams to come play for him when he was sick, and he did. There was a video of it on Netphoria at one point, though I'm not sure if Luke posted it or if someone else posted it after he died?
