Well, maybe not pissed off. Numb, really. I don't really relate to the core features of BPD, just the "negative" ones like emptiness and a lack of self. That could be anything, though.

You know, it's that bad I feel like it, but I don't fancy bleeding to death. I suppose I'll have to see another doctor who'll say, "Well, I can see no physical cause. Have you tried talking therapy?" Because I've been a mental patient, they all lazily and unhelpfully assume it's psychosomatic. Really, it makes no difference what it is, it's real as hell to me and I can't talk or think my way out of it, otherwise I surely would've had some let up by now.

also you don't have to bleed to death. just get some gunpowder. it will hurt but not for 7 years, and then the doctors won't think your pain is psychosomatic

I don't think an explosion will be precise enough. The question is whether I'm willing to lose some limbs along with the source of the pain. I'm not that brave.
