Looking back, is there a period of life or activity where you'd say you were wasting time or wasted time? Any advice to us on how not waste the years we have left?

Is there anyone (online or IRL) that you regret being abrasive or needlessly rude to?

I skipped bible study today because I have a migraine partly induced by the stress of trying to reconcile what is happening to you with my current worldview. Should I just never go back?

I meant to say thank you for the recs. I tried to buy some Red Rabbit coffee but for some reason I couldn't pay using my credit card and I've lost my debit card somewhere in my rat's nest of a house.

But Lake Wakatipu and Martinborough, and Red Rabbit coffee will always remind me of you. And I'll remember you every time I'm lucky enough to experience them again.

Thanks for trying to help me with my boarding. I regret exhausting your goodwill towards me again and again. I really regret it.

I can't believe that in a city as small as Wellington you are not front page news. Decent Young Man Dies Far Too Early. But when I google "Wellington brain tumours" I'm shocked to see how frequently it seems to be happening. I hope you get to Auckland and I'll keep working on your wine recs.

wasn't secretive at all, i just made the decision here a long time ago that i didn't want to discuss my personal life on the board

i think what i said earlier about focusing on the things you care about still holds. is that video games?

Defining a personal mission can be really be helpful for a lot of people – it has been for me in – but, ultimately, it doesn’t matter. it’s your
life, and at some point you are going to learn that your time is incredibly limited; if you can, spend it in service to those
things you truly care about. Might be your work, your art, your bank balance, your family; it doesn’t matter. Do that ceaselessly and it’s hard to imagine clocking off with too many regrets.

fixating on the ways the universe has wronged you will bring you no happiness. yes, there's mean shit everywhere. with care and a will you can often take steps to ameliorate some of them

luke, i know you've said you don't want to talk about your personal life, but since you told us you are married, i'm wondering - do you have children? obv dont answer that if you dont want to. this is just me having some wishful thinking that you've been a major part of some child's development, so we can have a future luke de spa in the world. we really need it.

another question. is your name really luke, or is it something else? if it's something else, where did luke de spa come from?

seems not to be, but i couldn't tell you what i actually care about if i tried. i think the issue is that i'd have regrets about everything...but this isn't really about my personal bullshit which is pretty inconsequential. just seeking wisdom.
