But at least you're above all the "morons" discussing things on a discussion board.

I can't figure out why people like this song so much, I really don't like it at all. I think there will be good songs on the album, though.

i don't think discussing the debatable technicalities of the song releases by the time of the 5th page of the 4th thread is too much of a stretch

I think the songwriting is very good with this song and it's pretty damn catchy. It's more melodic than much of the music we have gotten from Billy in a while. But that's the thing about music it's subjective and I can see why people wouldn't like this song.

I thought the same thing with Zwan too at the time. Then I realized even though it was a bit different from SP that was the aspect I like about it. I'll give credit that Billy is trying somewhat new things. Even if sometimes he falls flat on his face doing it.

Played this loudly at a gathering of a few friends (who indulge my Pumpkins obsession in good heart). I had to admit that the vocals sounded absurdly loud and off putting when they kick in and that the song goes on for a minute too long. Really should have finished just after the 3 minute mark, after that it just doesn't go anywhere.

I disagree, titties. Personally, I love the transition to "Don't you ever be afraid" right at 3 minutes. Pure, sweet, all natural Pumpkins.

goddamnit. I just saw that as an innocuous comment at first, then realized what you were referencing.

This is the best song on the album by far I think.

It reminds me of Sad Peter Pan a little actually

Might be the only song which could hold up as a classic track.

The more I hear this song the more I love it. I wasn't sure about it at first... that part at the end of the pre-chorus where Billy is like "YOU'RE MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINE!!" is a bit rough but... it grows on you.

Also yeah, I can hear the Sad Peter Pan similarities in the guitar parts.

i like monu the song a lot as well, don't know if i'd elect it as future classic nominee, though

tiberius, drum fife and maybe even one & all are good potentials though

with dorian and anaise comin up close behind
