same thing happened to me. i have been laying in bed since 4:30 after crying from a dream and i got out of bed at 6 to feed the cats and because the birds were keeping me up.

in my dream i had died, but i was still this cognizant ghost. i was so upset i had died just days before father's day and thought about writing my dad a letter, but i was dead. i did get a few lines out, though. all i remember is...

....and then i remembered that quote, "i'll do __insert something one does here___ when i'm dead," and i thought about how garbage it was as i was a ghost riding in the passenger seat of a car. i was talking to my mom but she couldn't hear me. i told her i "obviously regret" smoking cigarettes and it seems so stupid now.

i said to myself at least they were maybe glad i was with my aunt/god-mother who (in real-life) passed away last month. i heard my little brother say my being dead "doesn't even feel real" and i woke up shocked then started bawling

like what the hell

i was dreaming of something else, and it was like a movie with this boy in it that i was watching. i wasn't a character in the dream. and then i had this sense that i was sleeping and indeed was waking up from this realization, but decided before i woke up to touch him and stuff, this lasted for like 10 seconds or something before i woke up

Can't be true. It's said that if you die in your dream that you actually die at that exact moment in real life too

obviously dreams are a manifestation of our unconscious but this was some kind of fucked up ptsd dream. i have no desire to rape or molest anyone, however frequently in my dreams i either do one of these or have one of them done to me. it's the sexual abuse
