Were you interested in 2008 to present tour release because that will be easier to do because the audio is already in digital format.
No one is interested in 2008-present anything.

Digital only is fine; however I am interested in this from the 1988-2000 period only. Not just because the music is better, but also because there are so many shows that were taped poorly or not at all during SP1.

In my fantasies, I have a complete set of every Mellon Collie date from 95-97 in official CD form, like this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Boots_2000.jpg

Would gladly pay high three figures for such a collection, especially if it came bundled with digital. It seems with a standard low-cost design, you could keep costs low enough to make some money. Especially if you charge more for individual shows and less per show for sets.

Edit: You could also go the New Yorker route and release an entire tour (or the whole archive) as a hard-drive, i.e.: http://www.ecogeek.org/digitizing/207
