Previous tenants were busted for dealing drugs. They made noise all hours of the night. It was terrible.

Apartment smelled like my oldest sister's room, circa 1995.

And before someone suggests it: I'm not too keen on moving away from the building. Rent is expensive where I live, and I have a good deal. I am also down the street from the local record shop AND my place of employment. And I get to have my dog. Also, I like the idea of being able to move most everything myself without putting anyone out.
