looking at CU's description of their biomath program on their (terribly designed) website and they are clearly not fucking around:

Quote:
Research areas at CU encompass immunology, virology, bacteriology, population genetics, and cardiac nonlinear dynamics. Specifically, current topics of interest include model selection and control of in vivo HIV pathogenesis dynamics, modeling of intracellular calcium dynamics, the analysis of heart rhythm instabilities, the role of aggregation and fragmentation in bacteremia and bacterial pneumonia, inverse problems arising in the use of population genetics and bioinformatics to identify geographic features, and the analysis of patterns in biological sequences such as DNA and RNA.

the land grant state colleges are usually the best public schools in their respective states. I doubt UCF can match florida in terms of university riches

also the university of denver which seems to be a UCF "new rich" school

I thought it was a mid-90s film featuring Pauly Shore and Stephen Baldwin.

It was Stephen Dorf,f but I can see how you would get confused. Damn, that soundtrack with the original music by Hootie and the Blowfish was totally bangin'.
