That's true, the instrumentation is a nice break from all the fuzz, it could've easily been another big guitar song. Vocals are top class.

I really prefer "side 1" of SD album to "side 2". The run of songs from Cherub to Soma is breath-taking. There's less to impress on side 2 I feel. Perhaps what needed to be said was already said. I feel Silverf**k is just sort of over cooked though it has some really great moments in the breakdown. Mayo aside, the run from Geek to Luna is just not as strong.

I always skip Disarm, Spaceboy, Sweet Sweet, and Luna. They're great songs, but I'd prefer to stay always rocking never stopping these days.

Yeah when you think of the quality of songs knocking around then, e.g. Frail and Bedazzled. It wasn't even a b-side! Just sitting unreleased ("just sitting there") and if Pisces hadn't happened it would never have come out. Blue / Starla are really more Gish era but there is that cross over period that included stuff like Drown, Moleasskiss etc.
