classic rock radio has pretty much killed every classic rock band for me.
bands that don't suck, but radio tries their best to prove otherwise: rush, genesis... hmm, i thought i was going to be able to think of a ton of examples. help me out here, folks!

Mountain, Deep Purple, and Rainbow are other bands not previously mentioned that put out a fair amount of good material. Mountain especially. |

Ravenguy, if you aren't schooled on the Who you need to get Who's Next RIGHT NOW
as extra motivation, the closer is Won't Get Fooled Again. |

helix, now that was a concert. fuck i sold a ton of dope at that concert. they had lyrics man. when they go, gimme an R gimme an O gimme a C gimme a K and then the crowd yells ROCK real loud. rush, they just dont do that. they got lyrics about how like trees talk to each other and different sides of your brain work.

my favourite classic artists: the Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Mountain, Neil Young, George Harrison, Queen, David Bowie and Fleetwood Mac.
Thin Lizzy and some Aerosmith, AC/DC, GnR and Van Halen are about all I like from the 70/80s hard rock era. and maybe some Journey. i don't count Dire Straits as classic rock. they're older than 2000s but classic rock to me implies the 60s + 70s |

Genesis (Phil Collins as vocalist) is the best classic rock out there.
Other than that, shaunna is so hot in this thread, especially posting the cheap trick video. |
