Default Man... Brian Wilson is still touring and all.. But he aint looking so good

http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2016/...7460523285.jpg

I've already got plans to see the Beach Boys in September and I'm gonna try and travel to see Brian on his tour in the states in late August.

This group is just legendary, and as a music aficionado, I'd feel bad knowing that I missed out ever seeing these guys live.

Doesn't it feel kinda stupid that we're devoted to a guy like Billy Corgan when the Beach Boys and Brian Wilson are still going strong?

...there is already an active thread about Beach Boys on the music board...

literally right now...

...which was also started by you...

[long line of absurd pejoratives and insults that reflect inner turmoil]

i've seen him back in 2005, i think it was.
he was looking bad back then. more wheeled onto the stage as a prop than anything else.
i can't believe you're paying and travelling to see them.

and yes, cuntfuck, why couldn't this go into your equally shitty thread about the beach boys which you just started?

He never did to begin with. Dennis was the only guy who was into surfing and the beach and all that.

The only concrete plan I have right now is to see Mike Loves group. Which will probably be more fun as it's at a highly regarded state fair.

I rented a concert special called Brian Wilson and Friends from 2014 or 15 and it was pretty damn good. Voice was a little rough, but still a fine performance nonetheless. It's cool that Al Jardine is a central part of the group.

Yeah man. I kinda understand why people were hating on Mike Love now.

At the end of the 50th anniversary tour Brian was speaking up that he wanted to do more shows with the band and Mike Love essentially iced him out. Pretty dick move considering Brian was the main contributor. To Loves credit, Wilson insisted on having a bunch of his guys perform live with them and Love mentions in his book that they barely broke even and actually lost money with the North American shows on the 50th anniversary tour. So it's hard to fault the guy for not wanting to tour with a 12 piece band.
