also, what do you put in your food processor salsa? i tried making some with guajilla peppers for carne asada tacos i made but it came out more like paste than salsa. it wasn't bad, though.

if it's coming out like paste you're pureeing it too much. bigger chunks of veggies + less processing helps. i just throw onions and peppers in it and whatever is freshest plants i can find (cilantro or bay or basil) and then will add one more thing depending on that. i'm not a fan of foods with tons of ingredients and flavor combinations. keep it simple/humble.

yes. i am a pig. as a little girl i'd always get in trouble for eating all the parm. i would stand at the fridge and shake a bunch into my hands... that stuff isn't cheap!

you kinda just pour it in your mouth then lick your palms.

p.s. i like grating. aw.

God I love parmesan. I'd drink alfredo out of a thermos everyday if it didn't mean I'd gain 2398429 pounds and probably die of heart failure.

i think i've experiemnented dipping everything in alfredo at one time or another. same with bernaise.

the fresh parm is so rich i can only stomach a little bit of it. same with the other two sauces.
