yep I just decided fuck this god damn fucking bullshit, my dad works for a huge company and is gonna put in a word to HR for me. guaranteed salary and benefits here I come. there is nothing left to lose.

this could solve a lot of my problems relatively quickly. I will start saving money fast. I will be able to move out of my mom's place. I will be able to get another car if this one dies (it is old and a ford). I will get benefits. My work environment will be organized and at least respectful in that there will be a code of conduct and such, no bosses throwing garbage on the floor, no coworkers berating you and going on homophobic rants

my former best friend with benefits has been testing the waters with me in terms of leaving her boyfriend and getting a place with me and our other friend. money is the biggest obstacle. but if I got this job, it would literally not be a problem at all

I don't really have any vision of my future, or goals, or aspirations, or anything like that. The only answer people seem to have is to try and develop some of those things, but I have literally been trying to figure it out my entire life and I'm not any closer.

and yeah nepotism. he doesn't do anything important and I would start by making more money than he makes cause I would go into management. But they are known to give special consideration to familial referrals. also everything in life is who you know, there is no such thing as merit.
