yes the pixies all came from berlin despite popular belief that they were in fact from BOSTON
My school holds this event called International Night every year is like a talent show for shit from different cultures. Anyway my band played as British Invasion and we told them the Pixies were English so that we could do Where is My Mind.

Our PA speakers caught fire and poured plumes of smoke into the audience. It rocked that hard.

I would take Alec Eiffel over all of these songs. But I still don't think it's the best Pixies song, or rather, my favorite.

If I had to choose, my vote would go towards I've Been Tired. Anything off Come On Pilgrim, really.

Trompe Le Monde is ridiculously underrated. I remember that I didn't buy it for a while because everyone always talked about how it was by far the worst Pixies album. I think it may actually be my favorite.

Totally

I didn't even hear it until years after I had already become a Pixies fan, for mostly the same reasons. I'm still amazed to this day by how many people don't like it. Definitely my favorite full length Pixies album. Every single song is just so good. Their Jesus and Mary Chain cover kicks dick, too.
