I am just pretty sure billy's dad lives near west palm, which is the other side of the florida... when I worked down there a friend of mine knew where his dad lived but I am no stalker so I never went to go see it

look at pix of billy a few years ago and now he looks like he's aged a decade (well maybe not a decade) but he has aged. i think reprise said something about him living near there as well, in the post where she said billy went to the barnes and noble there a couple of months back.
it's a pretty weird coincidence for a guy with the same name, in the same state, around the same age, and who looks just like him to be in the news, but I guess stranger things have happened.

also, bill's dad's face seems thinner in the photo that we know is him. That could be just that the photo is from a different angle though. I don't know, this is a tough call. If it's not him, it's pretty weird how much he does look like him.
