Default Orgy - Talk Sick

I don't know how I missed this but Orgy have a 7 song EP out. It's pretty good. It came out a year and a half ago. It's less industrial and more EDM mixed with rock. Jay Gordon's lyrics are pretty raunchy which is funny cus he's pushing 50.

You missed this because Orgy are one of those bands you should have forgotten about by now.

Fiction (Dreams in Digital) is still a pretty cool song, though.

Knew this girl in college who was SUPER into orgy... it was 2010.

She liked all the nu metal stuff really. Still she was really cool to hang out with.

I was all about the nu circa 1998-2001. No regrets.

I've actually just about neared the end of listening to Vapor Transmission. There are maybe three songs on here that still catch my ear. The rest is pretty vanilla.

Back in the closet for another ten years you go.

Vapor Transmission was great. I think that album was my gateway drug into all things synth pop and electro pop. After that I went back and discovered Depeche mode and Gary numan.

I remember Orgy did a horrible cover of a song, don't remember which song it was...

To be fair, we all need to die.

This is really more of a nostalgia thing. Orgy are not a part of my rotation. This thread inspired me to go back and listen to one of their albums for shits n giggles and I've already decided they're not re-entering the rotation.

I remember liking the song "Stitches" in early high school, but I revisited it awhile back and it's pretty cruddy. I still do like the song Fiction once in a drunken stupor, but I bought the album that it's on at a thrift shop years back and every other song was so generic and lame.

Fun fact: fuzzy won't talk to you if you use "your"/"you're" incorrectly.
