This reminds me of that time that trotsky fella accused me of "thinking I have the coolest taste in music" or something.

It's like, motherfucker, have you not noticed that like, a third of my posting history here has been spent discussing 3eb?

When I first got it/was a kid, yes. Probably at least dozens of times. Recently, no, except for with RBG on discord a couple months ago.

Was it to copyright protect the songs so no one stole the riffs?
Was it to just brag about the potential of what could have been?
Was it just a fun idea?
Was it part of the machina mystery?
Ask him. He'll call you a douche bag.

I really enjoy listening to it as it's sequenced. it's a song.
I made an edit and split all the tracks to individual clips and listening to that on random is unsettling. there's a clear order and I enjoy it as it is.

when I was a kid and my parents would say "ok, one more song and then turn off the stereo." I'd always put this track on. I can't believe they put up with me, and 7 minutes of die everytime.

If you haven't listened to it a shit ton of times in the 90s, then you should just go.

Not everyone wanted or could afford to buy a set of 5 C.D. singles.

C.D. singles were pretty whack. They were expensive as fuck and you'd never know if the like 2 bonus songs were gonna be any good. And as a kid, it's not like one had a bunch of disposable money for C.D's. I remember buying the Geek Stink Breath C.D. single well after I already had the album and it was like 19.99 in those days.

It was different to be a fan back then. I was OBSESSED with Green Day, and there was a ton of B-sides that I never heard until I finally got Napster in like 2000.

I bought that 5 C.D. set in the late 1990s. I don't think I broke the bank. They also had C.D. burners back then. Maybe if you had other S.P. fans as friends, you could have borrowed their C.D.s and then burnt copies of said C.D.s for yourself.

For me it was just not wanting to have to change out CDs are two or three songs.

The only single of any band I bought back then was the Pearl Jam Jeremy sing. Jeremy, Footsteps, Yellow Ledbetter, which was a lot of killer for a single.
