Default Eminem - Hello

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=F9ZYPmGCrTk

When this song came out I hadn't liked anything he had done in more than ten years. But this made me a fan again. Brilliant lyrics. And his flow on this is really on point.

I didn't realize it came out in 2009. I thought it came out a few years later.

how can you like this more than toy soldiers, mockingbird, or beautiful for that matter?

i'm not huge into "post-bleach" eminem but those are classics
i don't really see anything remarkable about "hello"

IMO, the best tracks on 'Relapse' (maybe even the only good ones) were the serious songs, i.e. "Deja Vu" and "Beautiful.' I suppose "Hello" is one of the better of the rest, though.

I agree "Toy Soldiers" was much better than "Hello" or nearly all of Relapse, and so too was "We As Americans."

i had written him off after 8 mile but MMLP2 was legitimately impressive and i still listen to it... except the single with the rock riffs, whatever that was i deleted it, that was like the worst produced rap song i've ever heard

haha, berzerk was pretty bad

even rap god is shamelessly enjoyable or whatever

but yeah pretty good record, not the biggest "return to form" ever maybe but i do have some pretty strong memories attached to it for such a new (well, i didn't get around to listening until last year but still) record)

rhyme or reason's prob one of my fav songs by him by this point
