Mine is coming but generally I just get really emotional for the two days before and my boobs get tender. Besides randomly crying at stupid shit it's not so bad.

Um, not too long ago I was watching some movie and there was a cat in it who looked like my cat Maximus who died suddenly in December and I cried for a good ten minutes. Another time I was also digging around in my bag looking for money and found a notecard which had a tracklist to a mixed CD I had made and when I turned it over it had a note from who I made it for and I cried because I hadn't seen him a long time. It doesn't always happen but in those two days pretty much anything can, in the wrong moment, make me ball. Usually I mentally stop myself from getting upset but sometimes I can't. Fucking ovaries.

you do realize that dieting will not make you lose weight, don't you?

Im not trying to be snarky but its just fucking hillarious how people are so missinformed about diet

if you diet you will only put the weight back on again unless you carry on doing the diet! - people think that if you diet and diet and diet you will eventually die.. basically a diet is just when you cut foods (or change portion sizes) of your daily diet - you lose weight till a certain point and no more (which is what alot of people don't believe)

you should think of it more like a change in diet permanently rather than a diet (where you will carry on eating the same as before when you cant sustain your diet any longer because its stupid)

so for your sake, and the sake of human kind, would you be so kind as to just cut bad carbs out of your diet permanently? perhaps cut sugar too? oh! You could also eat brown rice, bread and pasta too

Actually the crying I can deal with a lot better than the insane anger over absolutely nothing, and the screaming and throwing of objects.
