Anyone here ever see Deerhunter live?
I'm seeing them tonight and I'm not really sure what to expect as I've read some very mixed things about their live shows. Been a big fan for a good while though and have Monomania as possible album of the year so hopefully they are able to put on a good enough show to not ruin them for me.

I recently got Microcastle/Weird Era Continued and I love it, really wish I'd gotten it earlier.

God damn, they played until 1:44 am, that was insane.
Great show. Bradford Cox's friend died earlier in the day I guess as he mentioned a few times. There was a period of like 10-15 minutes straight of banter which was really entertaining as well. |
