I was thinking about this just yesterday; in the minds of fans, TbK is really just those two "volumes" that came out in 2010. Usually the artist gets to decide what is canon in their own fictitious world, but because Billy has been so untrue to his own mythology over the past twenty or so years, I think the fans get to override the artist on this one.
