I don't think so. I haven't put any effort into it, though just recently I've found myself with a little extra time, so I'm considering making a go at it.

I've uploaded some of the stuff in this thread to what.cd. A lot of stuff there was only thir13en remasters, if it was there at all.

Quite a few things are pretty grey-area for inclusion there though and I've been going back and forth with some of the mods there. For instance "The Ignoffo Tape" as it is known got deleted when I first uploaded it because of the three bonus tracks that are not actually a part of the tape that Billy had compiled, so the inclusion of the bonus tracks technically made it a "user compilation".

How difficult would it be to set up one's own private tracker?

This isn't Lonesome Day Blues, but I'm pretty sure it's one of the MySpace songs (bitrate and download dates check out). I don't remember what, if anything, it was titled. Anyone have insight?

i can't download those 4shared files.
is there a way to download these songs without getting a 4shared account, or creating a facebook or google+ account?
if not, could someone upload those files elsewhere? thanks.

this isn't from myspace.
it's billy's demo for "lost in the woods", the song he wrote for taproot.
the video was leaked and everyone was angry. (i don't really know many more details.)
well, everyone... belly was angry. and probably the guy who it was stolen from and that got the blame.

Sorry about that. Not sure why there's a track missing.

I wouldn't hold my breath on this one, I've been waiting on a RE-UP for a year now, no one seems to have this anymore, which sucks, because it's probably the best source for compression free versions of these tracks.

None of these songs are heavily compressed on their original CD releases. Even they were, some promo cassette curio is probably not the best source for audio with a higher dynamic range than its CD counterpart.

I would say Purr Snickety is pretty heavily compressed along with everything else on the 2nd disc of Iscariot, other than that, I don't believe it's ever appeared on CD.
Besides that, hearing there tracks from a different 'official' source would satisfy the completist in me...

Purr Snickety from Rarities and B-Sides isn't heavily compressed.

Hi, I am new here, so please excuse any behaviour that may be different.

I have a .wav and .cue of the Ignoffo Tape, if anyone wants it. I got these off some file sharing website that took forever to download. I think it was about five hours, maybe? Also, these files were originally separate .flacs, but I converted them for ripping and such.

If anyone wants these, I will be glad to share them.

edit: wow 55 posts later and i can already see how cringy i was when i first joined. that's... sad.

Here is the link:

https://mega.nz/#F!2A8wVRQJ!VZ6I1nyD1HB1wrA7J6cLkg

While the tape is widely circulated, most remove Not Worth Asking, which is included in this link. Also, this is lossless, so I think this is the best circulation out there.

Glad I could help

I also noticed that the link to the Friends and Enemies of Modern Music tape is no longer working, so I may be up for uploading that, too. It is in separate .flacs, if I am correct. The only problem is Firewall is missing, which I heard was just a Black Sabbath tune with BC vocals, but correct me if I am wrong.

EDIT: I stand corrected. It was actually originally BC and Tony Iommi, who recorded it. It went on Tony Iommi's solo album as 'Black Oblivion'. Also, it was not originally on the tape, so I think it would just be smart to buy the actual album and retitle the song to Firewall.

firewall is bc's demo for black oblivion. it's not what ended up on the iommi album.

Ah, my mistake. Anyway, I think I will upload FAEOMM sometime today. I think I will make a list of everything I have, so people can request any items.

how do you share something via magnet links?
can someone explain this to me?
do you initially need a tracker or trackers? if so, which ones can be used?
