Default I know it's still October, but PIC POST what you plan on buying for xmas presents

Have any of y'all started thinking/shopping for christmas presents yet? I can't afford to get everyone what they want unless I start buying early... I started at the end of September.

What are y'all thinking of getting your friends/family? Post pictures if you care to.

I bought Zach a 60gb black ipod (refurb)

Original Night of the Living Dead

Game Over t-shirt

Johnny Cash cd

Twilight Princess gc when it comes out.

And Maybe Kurt Cobain's Journals. I haven't decided on this one yet.

----

Mom

Dell Demension 3000 w/ 15" flat panel (2.8ghz, 512ram, 80gb hd - ebay super cheap if the dude doesn't back out of sending it, he's acting funny :/)

Stocking Stuffers-
Silpat Baking Liner

Last Holiday dvd

Various gardenia soaps I got at ross's for super cheap.

----

Zach's sister, also one of my best friends.

ipod shuffle 512mb (refurb, only $29! (apple's having a sale!))

Boxed Guess heart necklace I got at ross' - exactly like this, only it's got pink jewels on it.

Photo album

I'm still working on what to get my grandmother. What about y'all?

What's depressing?

I love surprising people at Christmas. It's probably my favorite part.

You're buying yourself a wii? You don't think anyone would get it for you?

See I think that would be a perfect Christmas gift, but I'm going to get that for him right before the wedding.

It's sooo pretty.

haha. That's why I have to start early. I couldn't afford to get what everyone would want otherwise.

But everything I've bought has been on sale, refurbished, ebay for cheap or something like that. I don't buy things that aren't on sale because I'm pretty cheap.

That night of the living dead dvd was only $1 at biglots. Score. And the ipods were super cheap, as was the computer. I guess I was just pretty lucky (right place/right time thing)... if that guy doesn't screw me out of the computer. But I met his reserve price.

I'm not buying it for me for xmas, it's just the only thing I know that I'm buying in the next couple months. Besides Mission Impossible 3 3disc version!!

You might want to buy the wii after your honeymoon unless you need some space already.

After our honeymoon I'll be coming back to Lubbock for the month of July to take my last class before graduation. I figure that'll keep him busy hah. We'll fight over it when I move down there though I'm sure.

i think it was funny when the publishers were asking musicians for quotes for the kurt cobain's journal book and e from eels response was, 'please don't do this to me when i kill myself'.

him and his roommate got robbed, the robber stole their video game systems, their games, and all their DVDs.

They got money for the stuff but I don't think they played the games enough to warrant buying them over again... so I don't know if he would even play them...

he likes to talk on the phone to his friends from college, and uhhh go out to bars

you know what? I think he likes me, so I'm going to pay for a weekend away in a bed and breakfast somewhere nice, and he can have me as his christmas present.

not really serious about the "me" part but we've brought up the B&B idea before and he was into it so it would make a nice present

How about barware? shot glass set/different drinking glass sets etc?

My mom got Zach this rotating liquor dispenser. I think he'll really like it... as he likes to drink.

i'm thinking about getting my dad a video camera i saw at best buy.

the last one he bought was in like, 99 and it's clunky. he hardly uses it, but maybe me giving him an updated one will encourage him to use it.

or i could just be wasting $300-400.

Maybe you could check on ebay for the camera, or see if best buy has a refurbished version? Might be cheaper!
