anyway I made a braised lamb shank the other night. covered in ground Szechuan pepper, garlic, ginger, preserved lemon rind paste, soy, mirin, sua
sugar, wine, beef bone broth, sea salt, cilantro, green onion at the end oh and thickened to a gravy with whole milk and corn starch and more broth. ate the fuck out of it the next day because I ended up with a migraine by the time it was done and had no appetite.

Digorno's is also v good for some reason. Think it's a bit of nostalgia thing for me, but the thick dough is really nice. Cornmeal on the bottom, really rich sauce, lots of cheese. Very gluttonous for a frozen pizza

it seems like the top one was hand wrapped, and the other was made in one of those clamp things. while i admire the technique required for the top one, both look badass!
