Started with the first clip under the full program to hear his comment about the future of the Pumpkins. That didn't work. But hitting on the whole show now does function. Curious...

It's a really good interview, very candid about fatherhood and how it's given him a new & happier perspective on life - I don't think that's been gone into before

Q: "You're all friends now...I've been reading about this..."

Billy: "Friends is a kind word there..."

Q: "Oh, is it?"

Billy: "We're family, you know? It's great because there wasn't peace for many, many, many years...too long really. And the cool thing is you pick up the phone and you call somebody and it's like...it's like we're talking like it's 1987 again. It's like nothing happened...I don't know how that works in psychology but we reverted back to our old pre-band personalities with one another. So it's quite lovely because it's very sweet and there seems to be no animosity...no nothing...it's kind of shocking."

Answer:

Calling it "the last show of the SMASHING PUMPKINS" sounds like he has emotionally changed his mind about the legacy of the ten years ago revived band.

it's really sad to be 50 and blaming your dad for the reason you go on sick and hateful infowars.

I guess Alex Jones is a father figure to him.

props to the interviewer for asking him.

at first bill tries to be cute and charming about all his stupid conspiracies.

he gets so uncomfortable and ashamed (as he should be) when infowars is brought up and looks away, can't maintain eye contact ... then he says he went on infowars b/c of free speach. lol.

he also indirectly excuses infowars by saying they don't have the resources to be accurate.

fuck this guy.
