i drank about 3 cups of green tea tonight, so no wonder it's impossible to fall asleep at like 3 am

i was drinking 'jasmine' tea without realizing that that's probably more than 90% green tea and so full of caffeine.

wah wah. no, i'm not asking for sympathy, just maybe any idea whether i'd be able to get some sleep in the next 5 hours or what to do to fall asleep faster?

You could try to make yourself tired by using all your energy. This will either work perfectly or backfire horribly. Jump up and down, run around, do pushups, whatever. If it wakes you up more.... then I'm an ass. If it makes your body tired, then sweet.

HAHA!!! i did the exact same thing about a year ago. i bought my mom this tea set so we had some and i had a ton, not having any idea that it was loaded with caffeine. i tossed and turned, awake, till nearly 5 am.
