to sheila and nightmare are such incredible songs. corgan sings them in a certain way that he doesn't on any other song

I wouldn't classify this as an obvious pick, but perhaps you will disagree.

1994-02-25 - Astoria Theatre; London, UK

Highlights for me include:
Silverfuck > Jackboot
Siva
Starla (i generally regard this as my favorite live performance of the song)

honestly I like the aud source of paris 2000 more. most shows i have are aud sources cause the mix feels more open

direct source shows i like:

1996/04/19 is quite good. The broadcaster did fuck around with the order of songs though. and cut some stuff out cause it seems like it was meant to be a full mcis set (not the abridged spring festival sets)

1993/12/11 is cool. It's their last show of the year so the setlist is crazy and they're kinda screwing around. sound is pretty crappy though

1993/09/15 is great. early in the sd tour so the songs aren't crazy fast.

___

aud shows that are awesome:

1992/01/20 billy's tripping and the songs are super fast and energetic. early sd stuff too

1995/10/19 early mcis show. different set than later in the tour; they open with porcelina then go into jellybelly. only time they did hummer the whole tour

Cool, I didn't know that. There aren't many soundboard recordings available from this era, AFAIK.

Iha: It's great to be back in Amsterdam again. Of course we always have our small problems in Amsterdam whenever we play here and I expected this.

Were you able to find it? Not sure if it's on LMA. Someone posted it here originally.

Yeah, I looked, and almost didn't believe you. It's on the Zomb, but it's been transcoded from a lossy to a lossless source.

Corgan: Do you still believe in the power of rock and roll?

Iha: I believe in the power of rock and roll! I'm just joking, its just music.
