Default Your favorite live performances of each song?

Or...notable songs, rather.

For Martha rules!! For Martha in the United Center (2nd to last concert) kicked major ass. I liked when Corgan Sr. came onstage to rock that killer song.

That's my favorite live preformance of any SP song, ever. Second would be the same shows' version of An Ode To No One.

Random comment:
I was at the show the day after that one, it was the first time Billy had ever played the piano in public. Unfortunately my only recording of the that show is long gone.

i think that thru the eyes of ruby is great on the 1-8-97 too, but i think that the 11-29-00 is great as well. the 1-8-97 is great because of all the movie bits and funny stuff in between the songs, the planet of the apes one before thru the eyes of ruby..

1-8-1997 is like the most common bootleg, to be honest. It's fantastic quality, and most people have it already. Go to the trader's forum and ask, I'm sure someone would do you a b&p or a 2:1 or something like that.

Wembley, London 3/11/2000

Best performances in my opinion were Cash Car Star, Heavy Metal Machine, Everlasting Gaze and 1979.

Excellent show.

Porcelina 11-29-00

The 97 euro tour version of XYU is cool though I can't think of any specific show.

Some Hello Kitty Kat circa sept 1992.

Thru the Eyes of Ruby 1/8/97

I've always liked the version of Beautiful from 2/6/96

Fuck You 12/2/2000

Sun from the Reel Time Session

james:

billy:

james:

billy:
that's what i'm trying to say, i'm all out of riffs, there's no more
james:

*starts up the "gloria riff"*
billy:

*someone teases riff from "we love you"*

billy:

james:

billy:
now the old pumpkins, the good pumpkins, we could have gone all night, it's just, we're too old now, so that's it
james:

oh let's forget about it
goodnight

billy:

*jimmy solos*

*jimmy solos*
somehow you're not too old, hehe

bass solo!
*melissa solos*
*someone teases the riff to "celebrity skin"*
*melissa solos*
*melissa teases "celebrity skin"*
billy:
you can play the beginning of sabotage can't you?
you wanna hear sabotage?
*melissa noodles a bit*
now seriously, that's the end of the concert, thank you very much
there's no more
we just can't possibly be any more to give you
*jimmy solos*
actually i got an idea
hey james, james, c'mere one second, c'mere
you do your, you can do your worf impression
*melissa teases "how many more times"*
james:
alright, i will do my worf impression, as we start this next riff
billy:
ok it's, it's a promise, ok wait, gotta be quiet
james:
does uh
billy (cutting him off):
you do this impression then i'll, we'll just do this song
james:
does anybody watch star trek: the next generation
this is my impression of liutenant worf, who is the weapons commander on the bridge
and after i do this, and hopefully play this riff, and then we can all go home
and don't worry, there's alot of music in that one riff
"captain, if we do not attack now the cardassians will strike"
*unintelligible* (4 syllables) captain, i feel it in my blood
if we do not strike, the dastardly cardassians will upon us with photons
ok, let's play that last riff, and let's go
*band goes into "we love you"*
