You can use them in no-smoking establishments without having to go outside, too.

the satisfaction of rolling your own cigarette is one thing but brands like bugler, tops, and kite are for bums.

I started chantix last week. It makes me feel like puking every time I take it. Also I have really vivid dreams.

Either way, today is the first time I've not had a cigarette for a whole day in months.

still smoking happily.
usually a cigarette or two, three a day. sometimes a bit more, but never more than seven or eight.
my chest hurts - probably my heart - but i'm ignoring that like a boss.
smoking is like so cool. and it's the best thing ever.

I'm down to 0-5 cigarettes a day, and I'll eventually get there. I'm feeling pretty bummed out today though, not surprised if I end up splurging a little bit today.

I smoke sometimes from my little hookah thing, but not cigarettes anymore.

I'm sure if I endure some kind of life trauma I will turn back to cigs.

Had to drudge up this thread this morning... like I mentioned a few pages back, I work nearly full time to do Utah's anti-tobacco ad campaign. I think about this stuff like 30 hours a week, when I'm not surfing the web or just goofing off.

Anyways, my aunt has smoked since she was 16. She passed away yesterday at the age of 64. Not sure how that correlates to this thread beyond the obvious, but it definitely has changed the way I look at smoking. It was always one of those things where I could rattle off stats about how many people die a day from smoking (1200 in America alone) but still... that info is just different now that I knew one of the 1200 yesterday. She was an amazingly cool woman. I'll never, ever be able to smell a Camel without thinking of her fondly.

For those of you who have quit, or are still tapering off - huge kudos. You can do it.

i'm sorry to hear about your aunt. my mom is 62 and has a horrible cough and absolutely refuses to get checked out. i think she thinks she has lung cancer, and who the fuck knows, she sounds like shit and has smoked since i think 14 years old. there is sure something going on, and she seems very likely to get very sick the next time she gets a common illness like a cold.

i've been doing good, nothing since 12/30/11. i have dreams all the time, had one last night even, where my mom was pressuring me to smoke
