it's blitz!

i got the cd because i wanted to hear it in nonmp3 format and because i like the band and didn't want to steal. i'd rather paypal a band some money than buy a cd at target though.

i like it a lot. it's the opposite of subtle but it's loud and conducive to singing along.

the body the blood the machine is their '06 one, btw. "now we can see" is the new one. i haven't heard that yet.

Funny how for some reason, Odelay just never gets listened to much anymore. When I'm headed to Beck's section on my iPod, I never think "Ooh, Odelay"... yet on nights like tonight, it just really hits the spot. Some of those other gems really get lost amidst the big cl******g singles - Sissyneck and Readymade really stood out tonight. Great stuff, classic album.
