I nearly always feel exhausted whether I get 4 hours 6 hours 8 hours or 10 hours, but I do second the suggestion of intense exercise, especially cardio, which seems to help a little bit for me.

exercise and intense cardio sounds like a decent solution, the only problem with it is i'll have to actually go out and do intense cardio lol ain't nobody got no time for that

i've never tried weed before but i bought some cbd oil in a shop last year. it seemed to help with general mental health stuff. thank god that's illegal now eh

no matter how much i exercise in a day, i "forget" about it by nighttime and it doesn't seem to affect my sleep at all

i take benadryl every night to sleep. it works pretty well

Teh b0lly on a more srs note: i've been dealing with insomnia most of my life. exercise helps. a long walk (one hour at least) after dinner used to do the trick for me. but when you're engulf by worry or anxiety or guilt etc... you just have to wait it out. sometimes its sheer exhuastion that breaks my insomnia. every once in a while i get 10 hours of sleep and its. glorious.

I know weed makes it hard for a lot of people to wake up feeling rested the next day, and I did used to experience this... but I haven't smoked in over 2 weeks and I have seen no change.

for me, the correct time seems to be about 4 hours before bedtime. I've heard that exercise at night will keep you up, but I like to go run a mile or so and then do some weights and shit in the gym room in my complex sometime between 9 and 11 PM. Then when I am ready to crash at usually around 2, I feel tired.

i wake up every 1-2 hours. the idea of even 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep makes me weep

How many hours do you get in total each night? Does it take long to fall asleep?

I hate functioning on little sleep. And since March or so I wake up to use the bathroom anywhere from 6 to 3 hours after falling asleep and immediately i start stressing and over thinking and no more sleep.

it varies a lot. usually, it doesn't take that long to fall asleep. and i go back to sleep fairly easily after waking up. as for total... sometimes i get 3-4 hours. sometimes i get 7-9. it really depends what i need to do the next day

Do you feel rested? When I wake that often I don't feel like I'm getting the sleep i need..

I just slept 1700-2100 and 0100-0500. Feeling pretty good.
