It's a remedy my grandma used.

Just mix a tsp in 1 cup warm water, and swish it around over the sore and spit it out. It helps heal it and relieve pain.

Don't use salt water or listerine cause it will make it burn worse.

sometimes i get two of these that merge into one big one. in canada they sell a pretty effective treatment but ive never seen it in the us.
