Pick a Language

Help me pick another language to study. I started learning Vietnamese this year... which is crazy hard. So this time i'm going to stick to one that should be easier. I know some German from childhood, so i'm keeping it to another Germanic language. Which of these should I do next?

Norwegian
Swedish
Danish
Dutch

The Danes make the best movies of that bunch. There's also something quite satisfying about phrases like "for helvede" and "hold kæft" if you ever do feel like verbally lashing out.

I am learning Javascript. Finally kinda getting somewhere, at least with Jquery (it's like a lightweight JS library primarily for HTML/CSS manipulation) I can check boxes and rearrange text and insert things and disable things and make things disappear and make pressing keys check boxes or buttons and nothing that involves actual variables or loops lol

swedish and Norwegian are more or less mutually intelligible, the danish have a weird way of (not) pronouncing their consonants, I believe.

I could help you with dutch. it would fit into my plan of making this the lingua franca on netphoria.

i work for a Dutch company, we have Dutch people in our office. It would actually be good for my career there to speak Dutch. But I don't think there are any good TV shows to watch in Dutch

If i knew Norwegian i could move to Svalbard and live in Longyearbyen. I've always wanted to live in the arctic circle
